Extremely dissatisfied
The tech spent about 5 minutes looking at the appliance and determined it was the control board, something he mentioned during the brief phone conversation he had with me over the phone and provided an estimate of about $700 to repair the appliance. For that price we could buy a new stove. I came across the number when searching for a service provider it was listed as same day service. I had to wait a week for my appointment. I was told when I made the appointment over the phone that the diagnostic and visit fee would be applied to the repair cost, the tech stated that they were in addition to the repair cost. I was mislead all around and am extremely unhappy with the service, I would not recommend your service to my worst enemy.

Poor Repair Service
Terrible. I just had surgery and I'm on a cyro cuff that requires ice. Joshua showed up 2 hrs after stating he was on his way. He states he could not find a leak in my refrigerator line and tighten the pipe. He then disassembled my ice maker and told me that it would take 12 to 24 hrs to see if it would work. Now the water line generates no water and the ice maker still does not work. He refused to stay to see if the repairs were worked. Also he removed my samsung flat screen from atop of the refrigerator and laid it face down ontop of the microwave, now the tv does not work. Services were paid but I still don't have a working icemaker or working refrigerator line. In my current medical situation. The service is an F

Dishwasher Consultation
The technician, Mohammed T., arrived at around three p.m. The window given was between 8AM-5PM. He was polite but not really friendly. He also seemed a bit aggitated already and in a rush. I escorted him in to our kitchen. He asked what the issue is and I explained the dishwasher is leaking when we use it. He asked for the model and serial number. Yet, I told him I could not locate it. I further explained it is a very old appliance, perhaps 10 or 15 years old. He tried to look for it briefly but then soon gave up. He suggested we try and locate the numbers via the landlord or manual. The technician said he could not do anything without such information. Still, he advised we call once we find the requested information and left promptly.

Dryer repair
My dryer was not fixed because he could not read the model number I found the model number in 5 minutes. Either way the work is going to be completed by another company.

He put all the stuff in that was ordered, and left. The ice maker is not working at all.

Service
This was the 4th time Sears has been out here since November. The technician tore the front facing off my dryer then told me he didn't but he would super glue it back!!!! Y'all's Sears service and customer service is horrible. This is why I'm canceling Choice Home Warranty. He also left the hose not connected to the dryer so the heat was blowing back into the laundry room. I wish I could give "0"

A tech with an attitude!!!
Your tech came to our home at 3 pm after he called to tell us he would be there between 12 and 2. He kept complaining about the call, about the parts and about the previous tech. He said the parts were not needed. He was rude and unprofessional. His tools were scattered all over my porcelain tile. I have pictures and videos! After I asked him several times to be careful of my tile and ignoring me, I told him put the towel I provided under his tools! He replaced the board and the ice maker and left. Our food defrosted waiting on him and now our refrigerator is making a loud noise! This service SUCKS and I will be calling Sears and I will be complaining. This ice maker has not worked since early September 2023 when I made the first call. This is the 3rd technician that has come to my home!! I just want my refrigerator repaired!!!!
