Roy refused to work on my garage fridge because he said the order didn't say garage fridge. I pay extra for that fridge on my coverage. Could you send Rudy from Appliance Services back? He said you canceled his work order on Friday. He was working with my work schedule all week. Thanks

No one showed up to fix washer or dryer! Someone needs to call me! I have vad several appointments and no one shows up....I have the part for the dryer.

No Show

Email about spot cane with refrigerator, rather than freezer on it. The also changed the call date to 2 weeks later. I called the warranty co back. They got the apt rescheduled, but couldn't change the appliance so put it in the notes. Today repair guy called. Said as long as model # was good it didn't matter. Then when I told him it was the door issue, he said he'd have to call his company. Called me back to say he couldn't come bcz the wrong appliance was listed. Contradicted himself. Did not want the job, is my take. I will not accept A&E as a service provider on my extended warranty again. Have been down this road with them over a few months period over a year ago. Disgusted.

Poor Service

My freezer has been worked on numerous times for the same issue and each time that the repair doesn't fix the problem, I have put in an additional repair request since they say you have 180 days where they warranty their work. The technician has came out several times, and the most recent time replaced the seal of the freezer. That ultimately made the issue worse than what it was. Now I am being told that the item is no longer covered. In addition, the technician just felt free to walk right through my front door and into my house while I was not there and it was only my wife and daughter inside the house. He did this twice. Unbelievable professionalism and extremely terrible repair service. On top of all that, the warranty company is not standing by its repairs at all and refusing to continue repairs or to replace the freezer as the technician stated it was no longer repairable. Next step is small claims court and Better Business Bureau.

Came to repair a leak underneath I just walked into the kitchen stepped into a puddle of water. Tech said drainage plug was clogged. Refrigerator was not repaired

Terrible, it was clear upon his arrival that he had no plans on fixing the microwave. Attitude was negative, spent alot of time on his phone, and heard him on tgr phone threatening whoever that he would leave in 15 minutes if they didn't do whatever it was he needed then to do because he was sooo gar from tulsa, a whole hour he was saying. He made no attempt on fixing the machine and said he would request a buy out, wasnr worth fixing. We've been like 2 months without a microwave now due to yalls crap service with no resolution or fix in sight.

You service SUCKS

John was fine, but your service SUCKS. You have raised your rates, cut services and there is no one to complain to. Just "Chat Bots' and listening to a computer rattling on. John came on Monday 02/20, and he orderd the parts for my refrigerator. They were delivered on Thursday 02/23. They were supposed to be installed on Friday 02/24 and I received multiple text messages confirming it. When the repairman didn't show up, I called the 800 number. After sometime trying to find my account the computer said "We are glad you called. We need to reschedule your appointment." I had wasted my day waiting for someone to show up that didn't. You have taked away the yearly service and blamed it on the pandemic. I had your servicemen in my home all during that time. You have raised your rates and I have not gotten what I thought I was paying for. I will most likely NOT be taking out the extended warrantee next year...I used to think Sear's was the best you could do, but not any more...

Sears is doing us and the technician wrong

Sears protection agreement says they have to replace my freezer if it can't be fixed. The tech has stated that it can't be fixed but Sears is stalling! They keep sending out people but won't escalate the case. This is fraud.

Show up late and refused to fix the issues called about

Showed up pass 5pm appointment, didn't want to fix the ice maker problem by using an excuse that the whole fridge need to be replaced. 5 mins diagnostic and refused to do the job for what the service call is about. Never again
