Non-Useful Solution
The technician's response is to stop using a shelf in my freezer. How is that a solution??? How about putting in a ticket with Sears Master Protection so they can find a solution?

whatever he replaced didnt work. It is still not making ice. I paid twice for your tech to come out, 85 each time.

Fridge repair
Friendly guy, but useless at his job. He fixed the initial problem, but now the fridge sounds like a large generator and part of the fridge has fallen off where he was supposed to put it back. Now I'm supposed to make a fourth appointment and live with this noise until next week. Some of us have jobs, and I am unable to take another day off for your sloppy work. Stand behind your work and send someone out TODAY!!!!

Service not provided
Normally I don't do these , but very unhappy with this whole experience. Said technician Claimed to arrive at my residence and stated that I declined service. I was at home all day and no one ever showed up or bothered to call. This is the second time this company no showed for my dishwasher being repaired and I have been waiting over a month. My ticket is now closed and now I'm left with having to try to get in touch with my home warranty company again for something that could've been prevented…

Poor
He found the problem was a clogged dishwasher. He said he is not a cleaner told me how to disassemble the dishwasher and to clean the screen then he left. He has me doing his job. I guess he didn't want to spend the time doing it.
