Again, he wouldn't touch the refrigerator. He said his order didn't state that it was a garage refrigerator. I've had this problem now for four months. You're not doing anything.

Rushed and poor service.

Joe came to my home and was here a total of 8 minutes from entry to exit. He didn't stay long enough to let the dryer run to see if it actually heated up and was working properly. I told him I didn't feel it heating. He changed the setting to normal cycle and turned it on and still no heat. He said let it run. Packed his stuff and left.

It was horrible. He was there for a few minutes and said it wasn't plugged in properly. Packed up and said I'd have ice very shortly. No ice. I tried to call customer service. Apparently there isn't a way to actually speak to someone and I have to do an online report. The address was so long I couldn't ever get it to work to make a complaint. I'm very disappointed in the entire process. The entire time all anyone one did was try to sell me a home warranty. I tried to call the technician back to let him know it wasn't working. In hindsight, he shouldn't have left until it was actually making ice. Zero stars. I'd like a refund.

Problem not fixed

Misdiagnosed problem 2x at original appointment and then waited 1 month for the part to arrive only to have the problem with leaking water dispenser persist. Left without testing to make sure it was fixed and now we are forced to continue to deal with the issue and the poor service. Very disappointed in the execution and communication with customer service was terrible as well.

Absolutely unacceptable to call at 8:20am and say you are not coming in scheduled time 8-12 and that u would call later . My day was planned based on schedule . I am not available at your call for a later Time. The was appointment 8- 12 . I advised Choice to never schedule you again .

Horrible Service

I would give him ZERO stars if that option was available . Johnny did not attempt to reach me when arriving to my home. I tried to reach out to see why I was not contacted by phone to notify me he was there. I had someone literally 30 seconds away to let him in my home while I was at work. He would not answer the phone and proceeded to block my phone number when I kept trying to reach out. This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced!!!!!!! People clearly do not want to do their jobs!!!!!!!!

William was very efficient fixing our fridge. Other than that experience with Sears home services was not good. Parts originally ordered on April 10. Only received one. I called on April 27, was told it would be shipped. Was out of town for couple weeks so when got home called again on May 22 because we had not received part. Was told we would have it in 3-5 business days. Did not. Called again on May 31. Finally received the part. I called to set up appointment to replace parts. Was told we already had one set up for June 14. We were unaware of that because we were not called regarding the day. Fortunately that day was going to work for us. I feel we should have been contacted first before it was set up. Also when we purchased extended warranty we were told it would cover anything that broke. We found out that is not true. One of our produce drawers has a vertical crack in it that keeps getting bigger. When repairman was here first time he said that was not covered. We feel it should be covered as fridge less than 5 years old. Drawers should not crack that soon if at all. So in short we are not happy with most of the service we got.

Take the money and run

Tech would not work on unit because the plate is missing model and serial number, Some companies will assign such things if this info is missing with no fault to owner, but not this tech and/or company. Good way to get paid without having to do any work. Old house and old oven. No service.

Worst Service Ever

It was an extremely painful experience. They setup appointments for 5 times and didn't show up. Didn't even communicate for not showing up. It took about 10 weeks to fix the issue. I would never engage with them.
