His score is zero. Arrived within schedule time. Worked for 2 hours steadily. Left it running. Now 2 hours later it is leaking and the floor is flooded.

Unprofessional Technician
Prior to the technician coming out To assess my refrigerator repair, he called to give me a tighter window of arrival, which was fine, but he then proceeded To tell me the only way that I could pay, the service fee is "through the phone". When I asked what he meant by "through the phone", he could not explain it, became belligerent, and told me if I can't pay that way I could "find someone else"…… Which I promptly did! I feel like I definitely dodged a botched experience….. thank God!

Sears
Hector is very nice and thought he fixed our machine. But he did not fix it. We have the same error code 2.0 that we've gotten five other times when all the other technicians have come out. This dishwasher is still not working properly. The 2 sears repair guys that came out on a Saturday 2 or 3 weeks before Hector did not fix the problem either and scratched my hardwood floors into spots!. Hector was careful and did not scrap the floor but unfortunately he did not fix the machine. A guy name Olso came out June 28 and he thought he fixed the machine but did not either. It is the same error code 2.0 this Frigidaire dishwasher sucks.! I've been dealing with repair services since January 16.! Please fix the machine or give me credit towards a new one.

My service date 7/10/24
First off I want to start by saying when Robert first called me he was rude from the get go. He called me let me know when he was on the way and when here I opened the garage he walked in his eyes were very red like he was under the influence. Then he pretty accused me on not knowing how to wash my clothing or bedding. He said word for word you shouldn't be washing like this mixing bedding mind you I was washing sheets and pillow cases after my daughter being ill. He said you should read the manual on how to wash. I was taken a back that's he would even say this! Then he started taking pictures of my belongings without my consent in the garage where the wash and dryer are. I did not approve these pictures as they are not of the washer or dryer close up. Then he said you know what I am just going to leave and make sure your warranty company cancels you. Now I am worried for my safety as he took these pictures of my belongings in the garage with out permission. I don't think you as a company should have someone who is rude to work for your company since they represent you while there out in the field. This is by far my worst experience ever with sears warranty. I have never had any issues before with anyone and everyone else has been very helpful. If I could give a zero I would.

Horrible customer service.
His work ethic was GARBAGE. The man told me to get on a boat and go back to my country. He didnt like that i asked questions on what he had done had done to prevent the same issue; and finally threatened to charge me twice the cost. He was rude, racist, and apparently represents this company by continuing to be employed and uphold their values. Complaints were filed, as far as I know. RACIST and SHAMEFUL.

Never Showed
He never showed up. We got a notice the job was completed, but nobody came to the house. The was AFTER he didn't order both parts needed to begin with, so we had to schedule two appointments. We've been trying to get this resolved since May 9th.

Poor Service
The technician left with repair because he did not see a tag inside the dishwasher identifying the make and model but neglected to pull the dishwasher out for further inspection, which I did after he left and located the tag on the top of the dishwasher.

He is not practical. Just like a robot. He doesn't have advanced trouble shooting capabilities to find the root cause of the problem.
