Dishwasher Repair

This was positively the worst repair experience I have ever had. I originally contacted Sears Repair on 6/6/2024 to request repair on my dishwasher that is under warranty. The earliest appointment I could get was 6/19/2024. I waited for the repair person who was scheduled to come between 1 and 5 p.m. I received a call at 3:15 p.m. advising me that the repair person was not going to make it. I was told the next appointment available was 7/9/2024. I told the rep that that was unacceptable because I had already been waiting 2 weeks. She said that was the best she could do. When the repair person came on 7/9/24 he said that he ordered the wrong part and it would be another 2 weeks before he could come back again. The part was delivered to my home the next day. When the repair person arrived today the work was completed in less than 20 minutes. The work he did was fine. The problem is your scheduling. It to me 7 weeks to get a 20 minute job done.

Still with dripping fridge

I am frustrated bc the repair didn't fix the issue and I believe the service technician knew this would be the case when he left bc of some of the things he said. Now I left having to navigate through my appliance warranty again to get anyone out there. Have wasted a lot of time and still no fix . Also the first time he came out he called ahead to give a better estimation but the second return I got no call confirming so wasn't able to plan my afternoon accordingly.

technician showed up without tools He asked me to lend him tools so he could carry out an inspection. His technique was to scare me about the dishwasher, that it was not the right one, that it was sitting wrong and was going to explode, endless lies to avoid making the adjustments. technician removed a gasket and I had to help him reinstall it He couldn't do it himself, it seemed like he was drunk

Worst repair experience I ever had

Such a horrible repair service. The technician, who looked angry all the time, kept coming every week claiming a new part was needed. He initially gave me a low estimate, telling me he only needed to replace one part. Then the cost kept increasing. After over 3 weeks of hassle, he told me he couldn't fix it and that I would get a refund for the cost of the parts only and not the labor cost, which is over 80% of the overall cost, and I am left me with a faulty and now leaking dishwasher. By all means, avoid dealing with Sears Home Repair Service. This is a ripoff service

Unimpressed with Sears Protect

He was unable to address my issue. He was told preexisting condition which is not true. I never had an issue with my fridge until now. The phone numbers to reach protect has ridiculous wait times (101 minutes!). I talked to teo people who sounded from out of country and were having a celebration during my call. I even shared how unprofessional this was with her. I expected more from Sears and looking into canceling. I would never have imagined this treatment and unprofessionalism from such a big company.

tHE TECHNICIAN CALLED but interrupted saying his boss on phone. Sears said arriving after 6 PM Never came all day andforsomereason Sears is sending all kinds of FAKEreceipts and Rolando Forged my name by signing an imprint as though i agreed. He wasnot here and I never signed anything. Your company is a scam and it is going to now be reported to higher authorities. You are trying hard not to do the Replacement. READ the 2 times the technician has said NOT REPARABLE> Why dont you start to make arrangements for my replacement under the Warrantee?
