Lazy service
Johnathan seemed very knowledgeable about refrigeration but only looked in the refrigerator/ freezer and suggested we unplug it to melt the ice. my daughter did that and it ended up damaging the air damper. The problem still continues. to me, this is a lack of thoroughness to really troubleshoot. It's a waste of the customers time because now we are going to be on our fourth appointment to revisit the original problem..

Refrigerator repair
Replaced a part, but we found out later in the day that the refrigerator is still leaking. We have to wait 9 days before they will return to address the problem!

ice maker
four time trying to get my ice maker fix. a new ice maker installed on August 2 and now its August 7, guess what the new ice maker is not working. this ice maker did work from day one. All I need is for someone to repair this ice maker.

your service sucks
you can do better by actually coming and fixing my refrigerator not showing up and telling me I should have unplugged it two days earlier when I didn't even know about the appointment till 3 hours earlier

This tech made us wait till 4pm
Traced on Webb the whole day kept pushing back and back and at 4pm show he could not locate address or noted incorrect file has right address here for 20 years did not bother calling and tell me I am lost. Waste all the day and now have to become a robot to make another appointment This is A & e repairs with sears home services saw that they provide a very low service.

Service tech Keith's attitude was not professional. Service on my appliance was not up to par. Addressed my issues with my appliance and Keith did not welcome my input for the repair.

He was not helpfull and didn't do any work of the equipment. All he did was to take photos of the top of the dryer and told me to buy a new one. After he left I checked and found out that gas had been turned off. He complained that the stack was not balanced and that was not his responsibility to level it. He was at my 10min. ans left. I should get my money reimbursed for this call. Will like someone from Sear to call me. If I call for service again I don't want this service person to come for the work. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED AND DID NOT GET ANY RESULTS FROM THIS CALL

Crappy service
Didn't even knock! Was on my property 2 whole mins and then had nerve to say I denied job! You didn't even try! I have cameras! I have proof! DO BETTER! I wasted the whole day waiting!
