Willie arrived in the window of time given and checked our freezer to see what was causing the humming noice we've been hearing off and on. He found that the heating coil next to our defrost fan had come loose which may be causing more ice to accumulate on the fan and make noise. Hopefully, this will fix the problem.

Arrived at scheduled time. He kept in contact with me for his appointment. He was very knowledgeable about my freezer and was able to add Freon, he explained that he wasn't able to guarantee it would fix the issue. I highly recommend this person
