Waste of Money!
It's very frustrating when the service guy says there's nothing he can do. If I look up fishy smell online it says my drip pan is moldy. You can remove those anymore so I'm in trouble here. He said that as soon as he undid the back and basically said my fridge smelled because it's dirty. NOT!

Refrigerator repair
One of the worst experiences I've ever had, from beginning until end, from the time I placed the first phone call and had the first appointment until the work was finally finished eight months after making that call!!

Horrible
We've been without a fridge for an entire month cuz they keep cancelling on us and rescheduling and not fixing it properly. Scheduled one last time for two days from now and if they cancel on us again, they will have lost our service for good

Ice Dispenser not working
I'm not necessarily rating Kevin but he has been here 5-6 times now trying to repair my ice dispenser to no avail. He has ordered and replaced all the parts and it still isn't working. No one seems to know why?? He has advised me that there isn't anything else he knows to try to repair it.

bad experience
You have a very poor answering service. The time frame of 8-5 sucks. My time is just as valuable as yours is. One just can't sit around waiting on a service man to tell you he doesn't know why the the compressor doesn't kick on like it should. I have to shake or rock it back and forth before it kicks in again. I would not recommend Sears to repair anything.

Ice maker still not working properly
This is the 5th time A&E has shown up and the same problem exist. The first tech Martin (very rude) stated I had salt in my water and then on his report stated calcium in the water and that is what was making the ice maker not work. The second tech stated no calcium in the water and that it sprayed water all over the ice bin 1 out of 4 times and he stated maybe a blockage and it is now repaired and if not the whole fridge should be replaced. I have ask for a supervisor to call me so we can discuss the problem and no luck with that. I would not recommend A&E Sears service with any type of repair. I have the same ice maker in my garage on the same premium approved water supply that has been problem free for over 4 years so it is definitely not a water issue. The ice clumps together in the ice bin until all the ice is in a block making the dispenser not able to distribute the ice.

No repairs were carried out. Only excuses were given. Carlos called Sears Home Service and Frigidaire tech support and concluded that all Induction type ranges have similar heating issues and my range cannot be fixed. I informed Carlos that on September 10, 2024, we had a virtual meeting with Sears Home Service tech named Calendly Gerald. Mr Gerald virtually observed the burner problem and he agreed that it needed repairs and he ordered the repair parts. Carlos stated that Mr Gerald was guessing and did not know anything about Induction ranges. Carlos left and took the replacement parts with him. Carlos said he would report the results of his visit to his supervisors. MEANTIME MY RANGE IS STILL NOT FIXED. I NEED A TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT IS NOT COMPUTERIZED.

Technician never came. Forged my name
This tech guy already wrote a report almost 3 months ago that oven can't be repaired. I am due another replacement. Instead your x.cimpany pays the same person to keep coming back to avoid what is due. This is the worst business practice. He . He also signs my name with a big X pretending He was there. He plays this trick over again and Fails to give the final REport. Called VRS. Soi can get the replacement OVEN. When will this game stop,??
