TECH WAS HIGH
The tech was using meth in his truck and refused to help me. He was stumbling and slurred all his words. He wanted to use my restroom and i said no and he closed my claim saying I refused service!! Our refrigerator is broken and he's now texting me saying that he refused the claim, sorry! DRUG TEST YOUR PEOPLE!! THIS GUY WAS EXTRA UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGH AS A KITE. MY DAUGHTER SAW HIM SMOKING METH IN HIS VEHICLE THAT HE SAT IN FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE COMING TO MY DOOR I WANT A SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT ME!

Unprofessional
When David came out to provide service, he was training another employee and was extremely rude and unprofessional to his trainee, insulting him and questioning his ability to do the job. I was embarrassed on his trainee's behalf; I could not imagine being spoken to by a mentor on the job in front of customers that way. David came out a second time just to let my home warranty company know that I needed a replacement dishwasher. He left without draining it, leaving us with stagnant water that we cannot drain while we wait for our replacement.

Upset did not show up nor called
From the beginning the address was incorrect and tried to use the chat system and 1-800 number to try and get it fixed along with notating it in the service notes. No phone call to us at all either. Still in need of technician to come out and fix. The automated systems are not user friendly and was not able to get ahold of a live person to address the issue.

Poor service and attitude
Sediq was rude, condescending and dismissive. Treated me as if I am an idiot. He refused to listen to my concerns and left without repairing the issue with my refrigerator. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he stated he IS the supervisor. Horrible representation of company Zero stars

Not Happy. Refrigerator not Working .
He made it worse. I want a full refund. I had a working refrigerator with no ice maker. Now nothing is working on the refrigerator. Not happy at all. Food will be lost!!!! Do not use this repair service. Technician was arrogant and does not know his job. He told me he needed to replace the entire control panel.

SEARS TECHS ARE NOT RELIABLE BAD
I have 2 different sears technicians came out to fix my Fridge 3 times, promised to order parts and come back, each time they came back they kept saying a bunch of lies, I will order the parts and come back to fix it. Guess what Fridge still not fixed. I have to call another contractor. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE USE SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR NOT RELIABLE!!!

No call no show
What you could do better is show up not Charge for services not rendered call and speak English keep costumers informed of what is going on not change appointments in the middle of the day your supposed to show up

Horrible Experience
The service provider did a great job installing the item. The issue was the time it took to get the repair completed. My refrigerator went bad Dec 31, 2024. It didn't get repaired until Mar 3, 2025. When the part first arrived it was broken and in worse shape than the one that was installed. It had to be reordered. I had my appointment rescheduled no less than 6 times. Never until the day of the appointment so I had already taken off work to wait at home from 8-5 for the repairman. That was 5 days of leave wasted!

Sears Service Damage Policy Stinks
Rep was ok, however Sears policy of not wanting to be responsible if they damage your property is crazy. Technician says someone else will make repairs since I would not agree to them no taking care of damage if done by Sears representative
