Poor business practices overshadow decent service
Transform A&E/Sears' inability to provide a reasonable window for arrival on appointment day (of even 3-4 hours) coupled with an unwillingness to provide any form of voice or text communication avenues shows a contempt and disregard for your customers and a poorly designed business model. I hope to never work with you again.

Unreliable and late
He finally showed after three days. And at 3:30 pm on the third day. All he did was shine a flashlight under my dishwasher and said the dishwasher was installed wrong six years ago. But the reason I called for tech help was because the touch pad wasn't working. He said the warranty service would not pay for the repair.

It's not the technician
The tech was in and out. He communicated well and as of now the refrigerator is working. My issue is with the scheduling and canceling last minute, scheduling and canceling last minute, scheduling and canceling last minute. That was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Still giving H error. I unplugged for 10 mins. Continues to beep with H1 error. Reset error message. Nothing worked.
