Outstanding when the right tech shows up

After 4 failed attempts by service techs who knew nothing about propane service the 5th service tech showed up and had the knowledge and experience to finally repair the oven correctly. This process began in Early April and ended in mid June. Maybe….

They came out to service the stove was told the problem was fixed. It's still releasing carbon monoxide

He's a liar

He didn't even show up for the appointment. I have been in a loop with Sammy.. he doesn't know how to do the job even when he does show up... This is the 2nd time he didn't show up and lied about completing the service. Also apparently forging my signature. He is only interested in collecting his fee for the service appointments. Sears as a whole has been nothing but a revolving door of incompetence.

No body shows up!!!!

I got a text saying the service tech is here. Nobody showed up! Our two cars are in our driveway and three people sitting here waiting for two weeks in a row and no one shows up. What the heck is going on?

Bad customer service

Mr. Hamayoon had a very bad attitude. When I asked questions about my stove top he replied "I've been doing this for 16 years ". I let him know I'm just asking you a question about the issue, why is he so aggressive. He said I disrespected him for questioning him. I told him never mind I don't want the service anymore, he can leave. If this is the kind of customer service your technicians have, you have a big problem. I wish I could give zero stars.

Technician did not call until 5:30 PM. I deemed them unreliable. I had no communication throughout the whole day until time past of when they were supposed to be here. I will not use them to fix my oven. Will not use them to fix the dryer they were supposed to fix today. Having to wait all day for them to show up and then call at 5:30 asking if we would like to reschedule or he maybe could come out. No way know how will I ever use them?

My fridge and freezer was working fine before tech return today. After parts were changed now freezer isn't working which doesn't allow fridge to work. My food in fridge & freezer will perish. I should not have to wait until 6 18 25 for return visit. Tech should be sent back out tomorrow. Also should not be service charge.

Took three weeks to get a technician to come out. Once a technician did arrive he was here less than 10 minutes and tells me my freezer has a blockage and that to fix it would cost is well over $800.00 . Suggest I would be better off buying a new one. Will you be paying the diagnostics $129.00. So I had to wait 3 weeks for a diagnostic. No happy 😒
