Oven switch
The worst experience I have ever had Darryl didn't know what he was doing he had to call his supervisor on how to do anything. They didn't finish job would never recommend this company Sears Service.

What has happened to "Sears?"
I'm rating my experience one star because this individual should have never been dispatched to my home. He had no tools to use on electronics to diagnose the problem of my refrigerator nor did he have any expertise with the Frigidaire Gallery Brand. (I had to Google the location of where the temp sensor was in the refrigerator) He told me the they at one time had laptops that they could go on to the Frigidaire website and check specs and get information about the product, but that was taken away. He told me they had other devices that they could plug into the refrigerator to diagnose the problem and those were taken away. He showed up with his telephone which was of no use. Then he told me that he knew nothing about Electronics and he couldn't tell me if it was the board or one of two other sensors, or a combination of any of those three. I sat down with him and discussed the fact that he was unable to tell me what was wrong with my Appliance and I was really hoping to get information so I could determine if it was worth it to repair it, which was the direction I wanted to go if possible. After asking directly "so you can't tell me what is wrong with my refrigerator?" he said no, he didn't know. He apologized numerous times and it was at that point I told him that I would not be paying for a service call because I would have to place another service call to have someone come and figure out and tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator. And I did that and it was actually the compressor, which wasn't even one of the options that he put out there to me.

Oven repair
Adam done a good job and was very respectful. He never tested it before he left. We just tried the oven on 06/26/2025 and we are still getting the same fault code 47!

Colin M. Was topnotch. The reat of the system, it is horrible. Should have had washer and dryer service today and stand up freezer. Service tech went to the wrong address for the washer dryer and no one had an order number for the freezer. Very disappointed in Sears service system

Making changes to work order
We had requested warranty service on our Frigidaire Stacked Laundry unit through Frigidaire. Somehow the service address got entered wrong in your system and there is no way to edit/correct this address. The technician showed up on time, but at the wrong address. Another call to Frigidaire resulted in a cancelled ticket, and then establishing a new ticket for tomorrow at the correct address (I hope). This could have been avoided if you had a person to talk to instead of just a computer.
