My experience with the repair technician was excellent. He was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the problem and time-oriented throughout the completion of the necessary repairs. He explained to me the problem, the probable cause, and showed me the problem as he continued to work. I am very pleased with the repair that was performed. First trip was a letdown as it only evaluated problem, provided a repair estimate and ordered parts. After this, FedEX was a problem saying part delivered, when it was not. Finally FedEx found and delivered parts. Once parts received, Roy came back and quickly installed parts, keeping area tidy and cleaning up after himself. Very pleased with his services, not so much with FedEx.
