Never show up to do the service / Terrible service
Terrible service I still waiting for the service during three times. Never show up but appear that the technician come to do the maintenance job.

Communication
I was told I would receive a call to go over my issue with the oven so the service tech could bring possible parts. Phuoc called mere moments before arriving while leaving previous appointment. I had not time to get home and he did not bring any parts to repair the oven. He said now or never so I said no. A more definite time and call ahead of time to bring all items needed for repair would help. I didn't want to pay for a second visit at some unknown time to repair.

Didn't do what he said he was going to do
Randall stated that unit needed to be replaced because it could not be repaired. According to Frigidaire that is not the case, he said it had been repaired! Find another service company to use, beware!

Still not fixed
He was in a hurry and left before fixing and now we have been waiting weeks for another tech to stop by but seems like it's not going to happen sick of this game 😡😡🤬😡

Service what service?
You're serviceman didn't fix anything. It was marked complete. I wasn't home so there's no way it's complete. No wonder Sears went out of business!

Faulty automated messages
I received numerous messages about how service would work. Provided model and serial numbers a minimum of 3 times. Stayed home one whole day and no one came. Reschuled for following day and serviceman arrived around 4:30. Another day of waiting. I had been led to believe he qould arrive with part. Looked at model number and serial number and said, "That's right" and then ordered the part. Part came to my house and was installed around 3:30 today. Sloppy procedure but servicemen were nice.

Sears did not fix problem with my fridge I waited 3 wks for tech to install the parts he told me it was fixed and didn't need those parts. My fridge is worse off than it was in the beginning of the problem. The tech took the parts and that same day my fridge wasn't working. So Disappointed in your company never had a problem, this time it's been a Nightmare!!!

No diagnostics
There were no diagnostics done at all. I provided the model and serial numbers ahead of time, as I was asked to do to expedite repair and the only thing we got was a quote for all the parts that could possibly need changed. We paid for a diagnostic fee, but received a quote without any diagnostic work at all. I feel duped
