Service call
He is unprofessional, needs to be right and insisted on a solution contrary to the original diagnosis that he previously recommended but failed to resolve the problem. This is his 2nd time to our home. Don't ever send him back.

Sent estimate to me instead of warranty company
Now they scheduled ANOTHER person to come out? Doesn't make any sense, waste of time.

Terrible
We are so disappointed with our service. The technician did not address one of our major complaints of noise the dishwasher was making on his first visit. He arrived about 30 minutes before his shift was over, his last call of the day. He looked inside the dishwasher and said he'd have to order the parts. I reminded him of the noise it was making. He ran the dishwasher, but claimed he couldn't hear anything because there was a plumber sawing through a pipe downstairs, and said it was too loud to hear anything. He said the dishwasher was cleaning fine, and he'd be back when the parts arrived. Three weeks later, he came back and couldn't do anything because he said the parts were delivered to our house, but we never received them. He left after apparently reordering the parts. We waited another two weeks for the next appointment, and were waiting on the day. I received a text message after 1 pm that our appointment had to be canceled and rescheduled. I had to rearrange appointments again to accommodate the reschedule. He arrived today and replaced the broken parts. The first appointment was on June 17th, and when he came today, he finally pulled the dishwasher out of the wall and really looked at the whole machine, which is something he should have done on the first visit. If he had, he would have seen the bigger problem, and we could have worked on fixing the entire problem at the beginning of the summer, instead of two weeks before my school year starts again and my work schedule is full. I do not recommend this service at all.

Service request
Technician was on time. Very professional. Low rating because nothing was done or taken apart to check. He checked the temperature inside and because the frig did have a thermostat, he concluded that it needed replacing. The issue was initially discussed when the appt was made and even discussed that it was probably the thermostat. Probably the last time reaching out to Sears.

Needs to work on customer relationship. He found nothing wrong with the Dishwasher. I'm not questioning that. However, machine full cycle not completed so how was the drying issues addressed. Last tech found several parts inoperative, i. e.., circuit board inop, suds present after cycle completion and the trays need replacing. Rusted and broken. Not satisfied at all.

Scam
The only plus was, he was on time.He didn't seem to know what he was doing. Didn't have parts w/ him. Total cost of repairs and labor extremely high. Total scam!!! Never again! Nothing like what your website states. Very very unhappy!

Terrible service
Zach came without the necessary part so did nothing. He thought I might have the part so clearly Sears home service doesn't communicate with the technician. This is VERY frustrating for the customer!!!

Useless waste of time
Just wasted $150 to get a $2000 quote to fix an air conditioner. He was barely here for 15 minutes. Never using this company again.

repair my refrig !!!
sears home services are terrible !!!!!! Negative 10 Stars It has been 12 days since my first contact about a problem they installed a new part that I recieved 9 days ago , had to wait 9 days for a appointment to have it in stalled and it does not work the temp.is 61 degrees in the refrigerator they claim to have repaired they are supposed to be coming in 2 days but they say between 8AM & 5Pm that is ridiculous they have AI so no contact with a real human being is possible they suck!!!!!!!!!!!

Complain
Technician no showed the first time and he is not very friendly and complains a lot. I also needed the repair in the rental property and the two times he was there he asked to used the bathroom.
