Last technician didn't even look at the machine during initial visit. Just said machine needs suspension replaced. Second technician came and replaced the suspension for the drum and machine still knocking around like crazy the machine still isn't working like it's supposed it's constantly unbalanced even with nothing in it.

Never showed up
Person never showed up, was waiting and waiting for them just to not show up. Been a month without service now.

Wrong information
The replacement for my built in Microwave is a countertop model. I call contacted the AJ company and they confirmed the part number I was given as counter top. Also was not w/ a Stainless Steel and a trim kit. Is needed. Especially irritating because you guys made it a point you don't service counter top microwaves. Several calls have been made which a replicable company would have sorted out before telling errors to customers. Who would recommend you guys? I don't see how you care. Two additional calls after that one and your computer is down so I can't get any answers or confirmation of anything necessary to replace my microwave.

Refrigerator repair
Bobby never showed up today so that that's a lie!!! he was supposed to come on Tuesday, but somehow we got a confirmation of a reschedule!!! We never put in for this!!! he canceled the last three times!!! You guys have the worst technical support and customer service ever!!! This is why your stores are closing down!!! no one can have confidence in your work!!! I will give y'all a shout out on social media as well!!! Thanks for nothing!!!

Not working!!!!
Sears repairman came out and told us we needed a damper assembly for our fridge (which was not cooling properly). He ordered the part & it was shipped to our house. A week later he returned to install it and left. Now it's been over 24 hours and the fridge is still not cooling, and the only person I can reach on the phone is a stupid computer! NOT GOOD!

The tech said he would be there by 9:15 this morning. When I called they said between 8:53 and 10:23. Then get one saying he arrived, have not seen anyone neither today or Friday. And he cancelled on Saturday.

Poor service attendance
On Friday the 15th I sat in my chair overlooking my driveway from 11 in the morning until four in the afternoon watching for Jacob to come to my house, he did not. As a result, I canceled my account with American Home Shield and I'm very disappointed in that Sears Service person.

Canceled on me once and didn't bother to call. I got a text at 7 pm stating that it wouldn't be until the end of the week or even next week.

Terrible from start to finish including 2 no shows!
New Frigidaire fridge under manufacturers warranty had some problems. They assigned A&E/Sears service company. Confirmation email said arrive at 9:53am. Showed up at 3:10pm. Found freezer gasket needed replacing. Said they'll ship to my home and install it Thursday, 8/7. Waited all day and never showed up or called. I called Frigidaire. Arranged another appointment Tuesday, 8/12. Again, waited all day and no show or call again. Got call next day saying tech is coming. He showed up at 9:15am. I told him we couldn't let him in as we were leaving for doctor appointment. Asked where he was yesterday. "Running late yesterday, had to reschedule." No one called to either reschedule, apologize or reconfirm. Your service, or lack thereof, is just pitiful.

Great tech, very bad service from the company
The technician that came out was efficient, and I was pleased with the service. I would give him a 5 star rating!!! However, the company is lucky to get 1 star. The overall experience with your service leaves much to be desired!! The issue we had with our refrigerator has been ongoing for almost three months. We have had several appointments cancelled and rescheduled, and at no time could we actually speak with a live agent to try to remedy the situation. Every time our service call got cancelled we received a text from an AI service, and could.not get in contact with a human being. And, of I called the phone number to try to speak with someone, I was informed by the AI agent there, that your service offers only AI customers service agents. It was very aggravating, and there was no recourse to even file a complaint about the shotty service . If I did not have manufacturers warranty that necessitates the use of your service, I would never use it again!!! I do not recommend sears home appliance repair to anyone!???
