We will never again use or recommend Sears Home Services. Frigidaire scheduled a warranty service with them. They texted at least 1x a day the entire week prior to the appointment to make sure someone would be home. SHS would not narrow the window, just 8-5. SHS texted at 8:27 the day of the appointment and canceled. AI and bots, no actual person available to talk with. Sad that SHS thinks it's okay to treat customers so poorly. Again, Jody B was not the issue.

The service that was provided from JOSE was excellent now on the other hand the service that was provided through the warranty Sears department was poor. I was very dissatisfied with the communication of my time that the service provider which was not JOSE was supposed to arrive. I did not get any communication as far as a telephone call to let me know that they were not coming. I had asked because of the inconvenience. I had waited all day at home for the Provider to show up. I lost work time from work and I could've been taken care of other things in the meantime as well after I got off of work, but I said at home and waited for the Provider to show up and no one show no one called. I requested that I should not have to pay a deductible based upon the miscommunication from the Warranty Dept again, not from the service provider, the service provider was excellent, but they need definitely need improvement or communicating with the customers as to them not gonna be showing up scheduling another date so not happy with the Warranty Dept and their communication so I'm asking now even steel on this survey that I should receive my hundred dollar deductible back also I'm paying $59 a month just to have the warranty. What a rip off.

This is the third appointment that Frigidaire has set up. The first was cancelled and rescheduled without arriving. The second appointment he arrived and said that he could not do anything, but to call Frigidaire. Frigidaire then set up another appointment, but the same technician arrived, but was also not able to do anything.

The guy showed up sat in his car and didn't get out. Said nobody was home. We was sitting on the porch and watched him leave

Not a timely repair

Steven want the person who showed up to fix my refrigerator. Two men came but I didn't get their names. However, they did fix it in record time after 3 cancelled appointments by your company. They came out to address the problem on August 8th ordered the part which was overnighted and can on the 9th I called to get them to come service it and was given first the 18th, a no show, then the 26,28 and finally the 6th of September before they showed up. I had the highest power bill I've had in 4 years due to the fridge running non stop for a month.
