The problem is not fixed. Service provided sucked The amount of times my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled and the problem is not fixed the tech didn't even bother to check other parts of fridge

Refrigerator "repair"

Josh didn't show up for the first appt. Zero communication from him or Sears. Nothing! Arrived about 90 min outside of estimated window (8a-5p) for 2nd appt with no communication until approx 75 min outside of window. Arrived 30 min outside of window for 3rd appt with a text arriving 15 min earlier. Initial complaint was a chemical/plastic smell preventing the storage of food in ANY part of the appliance for months, secondary complaint of excess frost arose after scheduling appt. Tech claimed misalignment of fridge door seal was the entire issue. Misalignment was barely noticeable but tech stated he found no other issues. Could not diagnose what may cause a chemical smell. Seals were installed and I was instructed to leave the doors closed "as long as possible" which I did. Tech required assistance leveling fridge but was eventually satisfied with "good suction" of both doors and signed off on repair. Freezer door now pops open when closing the fridge and the freezer seal now has MULTIPLE areas that are creased, misaligned and look melted. (I have pictures) Condensation is forming on top part of freezer. Fridge door seal is also misaligned in several areas but at least less than freezer. I now have to schedule a 4th appt to fix the mess that was made of both door seals. I will not let this repair man in my house again.

The technician was great! everything else was bad! Three appointments tech did not come no notice not coming and after i rearranged schedule to be here Was only able to communicate with AI Richard I am really disappointed as i have always liked Sears and even went outside my home warranty to pay for service

Asked me what the problem was. I said the drums aren't spinning. Asked me if it's washing… what??!! Then he tested it and told me the drums weren't spinning!! Unfriendly! Service totally overpriced. Especially as last week the technician didn't even turn up! $2700 to fix a machine is insane when you can buy a new one for 1/4 of that price

Absolutely horrible. I have now been stood up on 6 different appointments and on the 5th appointment, someone arrived but couldn't do anything because he had no way of checking what the correct parts were for the stove burners. He ordered a new set. This order could have been placed when I made the first appointment. And they are not allowed to check the stove's connection to the propane.

It's been 1 whole month and nobody has come to fix my refrigerator. It's band new they keep giving me the round around. They have changed appointments like 5 times already. They are supposed to be here today and nothing yet. I should sue you all for the lies. I give 0 stars if I could.
