I don't agree with his diagnosis of my dishwasher issue...I know that it doesn't work like it has been until just recently. I feel like it was a waste of money to use your services!

Technician didn't show up
I waited in my living room which is next to the front door. Received a message for a review all of a sudden. The website said the technician was here but nobody showed up. I had to take time off work for this appointment and the company doesn't even have real people to talk to at customer service. Everything was AI. I now have to waste more of my time and not have a working fridge until I can get another technician out.

Not happy
He came out and out the parts on the refrigerator but it still is not fixed. He was a nice person but we are very disappointed with America. Home Shield.

Dryer repair
The dryer is not heating and the cycle selection isn't working. I want the tecnician and his trainer who was with him to come back today and fix it, but instead have had to schedule a video call for next week. I am not happy.

Repair
Technician did not fix the problem the first time which was paid. He came back the second time for the same exact problem that he did not fix and wanted to be paid in full for finally fixing the problem very unhappy with service.

Unresolved after a month
Technician did not fix issue. I was advised to wait 24 hours and the unit would be could. It has been past the 24 hour mark and the unit is not back to running HOT and not cold. I have waited over a month for this issue to be resolved. Yet here I am having to contact AHS and Sears regarding the same problem. This has been an extremely tiring and frustrating process with sears and its technicians.

Way Too Expensive!
$127 to come out and $600 to fix the problem is absolutely ridiculous! I HATE I spent the $127 for the guy to come out! I ended up doing it myself and all I needed to do was cut the leaking section of the water line out, place a 5/16 sharkbite on both ends of the cut water line and DONE. Cost of the sharkbite was $9. Sears ought to be AHAMED ripping people off like that!!!
