Poor Diagnosis and Unnecessary Repair Recommendation
I had a very disappointing experience with this technician. My fridge had an issue with ice dispenser, and instead of properly diagnosing the root cause, they immediately suggested replacing an original part that was still in perfect condition. This would have been an unnecessary and costly repair. After getting a second opinion, I learned the actual problem was something completely different and much simpler to fix. This kind of misdiagnosis shows a lack of thoroughness and raises concerns about integrity. I would not recommend this technician if you value accurate service.

Problem not fixed
My freezer was not fixed. My freezer continues to not work.

Impossible to communicate with, horrible service.
Everything is handled by computer. No way to talk to anyone directly with an issue. Appointment times cover 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with no way to pin the actual time down to a more narrow window. Twice I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up. No message was sent out about a delay or the technician not being able to make the appointment. This is the worse service provider I have ever dealt with. To make things worse I spent $1348 to repair the freezer unit on my refrigerator without success. It still doesn't work. But impossible to contact anyone about a refund.

Freeze repair

very unsatisfactory
Ahmad was on phone to learn how to disassemble the refrigerator door. My husband said, "I'll get the baskets out of your way." Ahmad said they wouldn't come out; my husband lifted them out. He accused my husband of arguing when he was just telling him the repair history. Ahmad replaced the icemaker and another part that had already been replaced by you, a valve water solenoid. He refused to replace a tube that had been recommended by your previous serviceman and that my husband ordered, because your company could not source it. My husband who has trouble with computers, found the part online. Ahmad refused to install it, opened the package, and now we cannot return the part. He left a plastic part from the freezer on the counter. Our icemaker, brand new, is not working still after four months of your people's efforts.

Refrigerator is warm all the time 54°
Technician came out and looked at my refrigerator and diagnosed and determined that I left the door open and caused ice freeze up on the vents for the refrigerator. Also, when he took it apart, he found a sensor laying at the bottom doing nothing and he handed it to me. I asked him where does this go. he didn't know where? Then he wanted to charge me $400 to thaw out the ice in my evaporator. I said no he's crazy. I removed everything out of my refrigerator and freezer. Left the doors open overnight and thawed itself out now everything's working good. Well todayits doing the same thing it didn't happen right away. It took some time at least a month for it to freeze up again. it's been about a month since he looked at it I did thaw it out like I was told to refrigerator and it's still doing the same thing. It took a week or two before to come back. I want my money back because you didn't fix anything cause now I have to hire someone else I'm hiring Frigidaire to come out and look at it and they diagnose it properly and they're coming back out to fix it the right way Don't hire these people. They don't know what they're doing.
