Totally dissatisfied! 4 visits. Can't identify problem. Can't order correct parts. I gave up and cancelled request.

Unbelievable

This technician did nothing but check temps. This is the third time in four months the same issue occurred. The freezer makes an obnoxious sound that only stops when opening the refrigerator door. Always in the morning the kitchen is flooded from the freezer not working. I have not gotten results with this problem getting fixed. The technician argues and stated he can't see the problem. We explained this is due to the refrigerator being unplugged for almost 4-6 days before he gets to us. There is nothing in the fridge and he can't diagnose the problem. It happens every 30-40 days and he can't fix it! Please get someone competent.

He was horrible, his service was horrible. He made the wrong diagnosis, I brought the parts he said I needed and they were NOT needed at all. I spent 129.00 on diagnostic fee, then 60.00 on parts I didn't need. I spent 190.00 on absolutely nothing. He had a bad attitude,like he hates his job and why am I here. He was also impolite, and rude. I am telling everyone to never call your service. To bad I use to love sears but now I see why they went out of business. I would give him no stars!

Rip Off

Is a human actually reading this or is it "Sam" the AI ? And so it began... was unable to speak to a human or choose an appointment time (only an 8 AM - 5 PM window) and despite the website indicating that there was only one appointment available for 3/26/26, the service tech arrived by 9 AM. Then the tech tells me I have to sign a liability waiver in the event he damages anything, which created some anxiety because it's irresponsible and unprofessional. He asks what the washer is doing - I tell him it's not filling correctly - green and red lights flash when using certain cycles (e.g., Quick Wash and Normal cycles; I haven't yet tried the other cycles; this machine was recently purchased used). He started the machine by choosing the max fill water level on the Rinse and Spin cycle. It took considerable time to fill but did and then began agitating. I told him it was happening during a regular (normal) wash cycle and he told me he didn't have time to check that out because he's only given 30 minutes for each client/repair. He billed me and left. So an elderly woman was charged $119 for diagnostics and yet the machine is still not filling properly with lights flashing for reasons unknown. This was a complete rip off. I want a full refund OR have a different technician (not AI & not Bret) call me to schedule a day/time to diagnose the problem at no additional cost. Order Number 000822813556239

Bad service

The service man was here and twice. This last time he replaced both top and bottom elements. When he was done I asked him to stay to make sure the oven was working properly. I had cookies ready to bake. He said he hadn't had lunch yet and he had another appointment to get to. I told him if it wasn't right he would be coming back again. He left saying that the only other thing that could be done was replaced the stove. The Oven Is not baking evenly. He would have found that out if he would have stayed. We have had at least 5 service calls and it still is not right. I need to speak with a supervisor!!!!

A week and a day has gone by and Frigidaire said they have not received the paperwork from his visit. At the visit, he said that the oven was not repairable and Frigidaire should issue a new one. Well, they can't if they don't have the paperwork from the technician.

Roger was fine... everyone else was bad, hence the rating

While our last service person, Roger was absolutely fine, the entire experience with Sears has been horrible. First I was given an appointment confirmation on Friday, then time came and went, and I had to look online to see I had been rescheduled for Monday. No call, text, or email. Then on Monday, two guys came in, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts for repair. Roger then came in on Wednesday with the parts, unfortunately it didn't fix problem, as the issue was misdiagnosed on Monday. The quote for at the correct part was more than what we spent on a new washing machine, delivery, install and removal. I will never ever use Sears again. Furthermore, I'm still waiting for my refund for the part that didn't fix the problem, and I think you have a lot of gall to charge me for the initial consult and diagnosis, as that was wrong. I'd like all my money refunded. Now.
