Two scheduled appointments the first one they blew off the second one they didn't come to the correct house. Can't get in touch with them. They are playing games. This is a horrible experience.

Refrigerator fiasco

0 stars for Pierre. He said he fixed the refrigerator, but it was not fixed. Service appointment was changed frequently. I had to wait several weeks for another appointment in which he ordered parts and advised me there would be no cost since it was not fixed the 1st time. But on the 3rd appointment, a different service man said there was a cost. So Pierre was not truthful. Very poor customer service and very poor repair skills. Pierre was not knowledgeable and unreliable.

I don't even know where to begin. This gentleman had to come out 4 times, twice after having to order different parts. On the 2nd visit, he didn't know what to do, so he Face-Timed a co-worker to ask for his help. I happened to walk by while he was on this Face Time call and the co-worker was in bed! How unprofessional was that?! He ended up having to order more parts and reschedule another visit. I was so unhappy with this tech that I called the warranty company and asked them to send out a different one. When our next appointment time came, we were very surprised to see the same guy show up. And then, once inside, he casually confronted my adult daughter and said, "So, I hear you asked for a different technician this time. Well I'm the only tech who covers this area." Then, yesterday, on May 20th, he was here an hour after the time we were told he'd be here. And once he got to work, he STILL didn't know what to do and ended up Face Timing another co-worker for help. After about 2 hours, he packed it up and left. This is where the gross part happens: When we opened the freezer to check the ice maker, there were oily hand print marks on the sides of where the ice maker is, AS WELL AS inside of the ice compartment! And not only that, but there was his dark, curly hair inside of the ice maker!!! SOOOOO GROSS!!! We couldn't have been more grossed out! We had to pull the entire ice maker out and completely wash it in hot sudsy water and then sanitize every single part as well as the entire inside of the freezer. This whole repair experience has been absolutely horrible and gross! I mean, this guy should have AT LEAST worn gloves and maybe something to cover his head so we didn't have his gross hair all over the freezer. If I need any type of service work done on any of my appliances, I will DEFINITELY NOT be contacting Sears for the repairs!

Didn't Check with Frigidaire Master Technician

Rolla never showed on the appointed day. He sent me a not late in the day that our refrigerator was not repairable and that he had told Frigidaire it was not repairable. I called Frigidaire the next Monday and was informed that result was not acceptable to them. Instead he was supposed to come to our home and call the Frigidaire master technician while here. Only then could the unit be labeled "unrepairable".

Worst company to deal with. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Five times of service and still had to go to another company to resolve the refrigerator issue.

Great technician, horrible company

Can't get to a human, their AI assistant is useless. Company can't communicate clearly. Took so long with so many problems and rescheduling that I installed my part myself, and then couldn't cancel. Do your self a favor and don't use these people or Choice Home Warranty.

left without fixing problem now my fridge sounds like a bomb going off and it keeps going back to H.hes been here four times and it still not fixed im not sure he knows what hes doing

Ask for another technician

He has been to 2 of our properties, multiple times. He always found a reason why he needed to come back again and again and replace part after part, literally 3-4 times. A different technician came out first and was kind, professional, and fixed what was broken, he never saw/found any of the issues Gary did. Gary reported an infestation of roaches after seeing one dead roach (photos taken) and refused to work on it causing the warrantee company to deny coverage. This is the same appliance that has been looked at 4 times in the past month being pulled out each time with no roaches. He has cost us over $2000 in pest control (where no roaches were found) and replacement refrigerator.

Damage on my fridge

1 star is too much He was the rudest technician. As soon I greeted him he asked me why I didn't answered the phone when I just received a automated text message. After that after explaining to him what I thought was the problem he proceeded to pull the freezer door because for him was to a side he push to hard to the right side that the fridge now has a dent.
