He was not happy that I asked him to wear shoe covers prior to entry into my home. He really showed his emotions of not very happy with what I was asking. It's my house sir if I'm providing the shoe covers the least you can do is be respectful

Inconsiderate
I tried to explain the continuous problem. What he did I could have dine myself. He did not take the screw out to see exactly whst was going on with it. But if I'm calling continuously about the same problem, why can you not put a bandage on it.

Service good, schedule bad
Placed called the first of the month for a repeat call on range. Service manager call and explain problem (same as before), will order parts. Received e mail about arrival, parts department forgot to let repair man know about parts were in house. Had to reschedule time for the following week. Johnny did a very good job of replacing parts and careful of work area. Reschedule was not his problem, higher up drop the ball!

refrigerator freezer repair
When the diagnostics was done, the refrigerator was pulled out from the wall without protecting the hardwood floor and dented the floor. I filed a claim but have not been contacted since filing the claim. Also the repair date kept being changed from Oct 18 to Oct 12 to Oct 16 and finally Oct 11. Also the repair kit cost over $200 but the actual amount of material required for the repair was a fraction of what was supplied.

Terrible appointment experience
The first refrigerator repair appointment was rescheduled due to a delay in parts shipment. We were given 7am-6pm window for the new date, for which one person had to stay home all day. Ramin G. arrived at our property without sending us an update, knocked on the door (without ringing the doorbell) in a way he person upstairs did not hear, the left after sending a text to call the number on the voicemail which he never left, around 1130. By the time I saw the text, he had moved in to another assignment, but the Sears service team kept promising that he would return the same day, when I had called at 1220, 330 and 430, spending 30-40 mins on each call, with another person staying at the property and unable to leave, in case he returned. He ended up no-showing for the day. He returned for the rescheduled visit 5 days later. I had to call Sears twice to confirm that he was coming, and there still was no "I'm on my way with this ETA" notice, just a generic "Your Sears appointment is today," the same text I received the day two working adults had a full work day derailed by this technician's irresponsible lack of communication and effort to make the appointment, and Sears service center and the dispatch team who made apologies but had instituted no effective measures to ensure that the repair took place in the scheduled day. If Sears does not reach out to outline a solution for this issue after reading this feedback, I will proceed with submitting a formal complaint.

Unsatisfied Customer
My most recent experience with a Sears Tech, was not pleasing. First of all, it appeared that he was not knowledgeable with the task at hand. The repairing of my microwave. He ordered parts that he said were needed in order to do the repairs. In addition to the tech having to order parts, he then informed me that, my next scheduled appointment would be two weeks out waiting for parts to come in. I'm still waiting to have my microwave repaired or replaced.

Several rescheduled appts by AE and fridge still not fixed
Scheduled appointments were canceled by A&E on day of appt after waiting several hours for them to show up. Fridge is still not fixed and having same issue after several different parts put in

Wasn't the most professional or friendly
This is the 2nd time I have had this particular technician come to my home. Both times he has had a negative attitude, complaining about the work he had to do concerning my appliances. Not very friendly or effective communicator.
