I want an itemized statement if my service can't get any help on the phone it's all AI nothing comes up online. How does a customer get service? I want an itemized statement of my service! No paperwork was left for me as warranty for my service! Website is completely useless!!!!!! Service tech left me with no paperwork!!!!!!

Poor, cost me money and time . He showed no contact with higher ups..he took months To figure out what is wrong with our fridge..and we don't even know if it is going.to work..

The servicde provided by the tech was very good. I have a problem with the warrenty service that was to be done on the refrigater today also. I was told when I called the appointment has to be cancelled. This is the second time this appointment has been cancelled and I have not been called to let me know no one was coming. I have had it with this service. NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!!!!

Did not find a leak

First of all, they don't let you know what time they're coming till a half hour before, and all he did was turn the gas on and use some kind of sensor to find to see if there was gas leaking. He should've waited at least 15 minutes because that's when we smell the gas, and he did no pressure test. The Pressure test the gas company did on the line, it lost pressure when the stove gas valve was on, but did not lose pressure when it was off so the leak is in the stove, even I can figure that out. Did not seem professional. I could've got my own gas sensor and paid a fraction of what I paid for them to come out here. We still smell gas when the valve is turned on.

Need a second opinion before discarding the Fridge

The gentleman was courteous and did the diagnosis. The fridge is a very expensive equipment and before a final decision i would like a different technician would take a look at it. Thank you

I did not get my refrigerator fixed properly. The refrigerator is still running constantly. I need someone else that knows what they are doing to come out and fix the problem. The technician only fixed half the problem.
