Well we started out because of our ice machine not working. 1st tech replace ice maker still no ice. 2nd tech comes out says it's the motherboard. 3rd tech comes out replaces motherboard knows nothing about original call and still no ice maker. Still waiting for ice maker to be fixed.

He replaced a part, then left without checking his repair for operation and remedy of symptoms. My WIFE ran a dishwasher cycle after he left and the problem persists. Food residue still left on dishware!

Refrigerator Repair

Robert has been to my home several times. Each time he was dismissive to my concerns and questions when he came out to service our refrigerator. This last time he needed to order a part and told us he would be back on Saturday (it was currently Tuesday), he did not come back on Saturday, but the following Tuesday! This was unacceptable as we are diabetic and have to refrigerate our medication and had no refrigerator the entire week.

Couldn't care kess

He was efficient but could care less about being here. Sears lied about the 129.00 diagnostic charge being used for the repair should I decide for sears to repair my freezer. That was a lie. Mark looked like he didn't want to be here diagnosing. I would not recommend Sears again to anyone. Figure it out!

Ths man was so unclean, if it had been dark I would not have let him in. His clothes were a mess, his hair and beard unkept, he needed a shower!

Repair Frigidaire washer /Dryer

Same problem , not working, we had a tech come out on Dec 27th , then return this week, still not working. Frank was very nice but after he left we ran a cycle and same problem turns off.

Freezer repair

John came and replaced a part in my refrigerator freezer. He was not very engaging in conversation with regard to the freezer and what the problem had been. He seemed very disinterested when I offered what the problem had been with the freezer. When I did ask him initially if he knew what the problem was with the freezer, he said, and I paraphrase, "No, I don't, but I'm the guy that's got to fix it." He didn't offer any information or advice just in case we have another problem with the freezer. He couldn't get out of my house fast enough. All in all, not a very pleasant repair visit.

I'm glad my dishwasher is fixed. It didnt take the service guy long at all. However, i selected the clean and maintenance service, which I did not get. I was charged an extra fifty dollars for this! Also, when scheduling my service I NEVER spoke with a real person. I had to deal with AI. My name was spelled wrong as well as my address. Not really a big deal since they still found my house, but when I tried to edit it on the website I couldn't. The chat option is ridiculous because it has very limited choices to select from so I couldn't edit through this choice either. Bring able to speak to a live agent would have resolved the issue I had. I have other complaints, but I won't mention them. I will say, I probably will not use this company again.
