Service call.
Brent was very efficient. He did a very good job. The only problem was that he did not show up until 2 and 1/2 hours after the email stating estimated time arrival was at 11:45. Your statements stated that if he was delayed we would be informed. That did not happen. We waited. So I have to give an overall rating of 3 stars. Sorry Brent.

The time it takes to get a product bk to operating can be improved. That includes diagnosis, ordering parts, etc. Certain items in my refrigerator had spoiled w/in a short period of time, which meant those items had to be replaced. The tech was evasive not sharing his findings, had to ask what, when & how in order to get information. Was not forthcoming.

there is still water accumulating at the inside bottome of the frig- despite the parts that were ordered to fix the problem. I will call choice warrancty on Monday

Hello. Thanks s tech was very nice but it was apparent that he is still learning. This repair took much longer than it should've and would've taken even longer if I hadn't been there to assist. I'm sure that he will get faster with time so this is not a complaint, just an observation.

Repair man was professional but the process of getting my ice maker repaired was terrible. I had an appointment last week, between 8& 5, and Noone came, no texts, no emails, no explanation. Waited all day long for nothing. I had to call the next day to reschedule. Wasted an entire day waiting.

Technician was polite and courteous. Unfortunately all the time spent troubleshooting my Frigidaire (seven+ hour between two visits) he was unable to locate the exact location of the suspected leak. He did install a device to help narrow down its location, but it would only help the next technician called in should it fail again (most likely after my warranty has expired.) He while him recharging the refrigerant will probably help keep the Frigidaire functioning longer, it did not actually correct the leakage problem that caused it to fail in the first place and I have no real way of predicting when to expect it to start failing again once enough of the refrigerant has leaked out of the system. Over $800 worth of replacement parts were ordered and shipped to me to facilitate the repair of my fridge and almost all of them were left unopened only to be taken back at the end of the appointment

What can I say to David he did he appeared they did he appeared. Everything was fine. I'm sorry that the first day was canceled. You guys forget it got to services.

Mike has been to my home now four times in the last couple of months. While he is an excellent whistler, it is incessant. If not whistling then he's humming. Ok, it's annoying. His skill is suspect when the first thing he does is pull the fridge out and disconnected the water supply. All in all, the fridge was fixed and the water supply reconnected. 4 hours is all it took. I had to reschedule this repair because Nov 19th was overbooked by whoever does your scheduling. That's a whole week praying that the fridge would make it another week. I do not blame Mike for this because things happen and the appointment can run long, as is evidence in this week's repair. He told me last week that he had 2 compressor repairs in that one day and that's what took so long. Please let scheduling know that it is quite annoying to have constant reminders of your arrival times and having to stay home all day for the repairman only to be told. "Sorry, I can't make it to you because other jobs ran long." Thank you for letting me get this off my chest.

William was great. He was efficient and tidy. I hate how your appointment system works. I ended up waiting all day on Tuesday for you to cancel my appt. at 4:45. I waited all day Friday with the system saying he would be here at 11:20. Finally arrived about 3:25. You can't ever reach a real person and it is very frustrating. Regardless of how you feel about it, my time is as important as yours and I feel like you wasted a good day and a half of my life. I would not buy a Sears appliance with the repair package because of the way you run your appointments.

Brian installed the ordered part but didn't check to see if it would make ice. The next day no ice was made. I had to remove the ice maker and thaw out the fill tub. What has been the problem from the beginning. I didn't want to make another appointment being it took over a month to get someone out just to install the new part.
