Dishwasher Timer Replacement

David was polite, but reluctant to check the timer for proper operation by slowly advancing the timer through a cycle, as he had more appointments to get to. I didn't expect him to wait for a whole cycle without slowly advancing the timer. Your technicians are to properly repair appliances. There's no way to know if it was properly fixed if not checked. Disappointed but not surprised. This seems to be an acceptable level of service throughout the industries now. I however, do not concur. I slowly advanced the timer after David left and found the dishwasher was operating properly. It took me about 15 minutes. This could have and should have been a better experience. It took David about the same amount of time to remove and replace the timer, which combined would have been approximately a 30-40 minute appointment. Sears can definitely do better....

FINALLY they came for the 4th time and actually fixed the fridge. Wait time without a fridge for over a month was not an easy task. Contractor showed up ordered part then rescheduled for a week later from first initial visit. Part did not get shipped or something happened was rescheduled on second visit. Third visit was scheduled waited all day to get a message at 530 pm that tech was sick or vehicle broke down and rescheduled for another 2 weeks out. Finally have a working fridge after over 4 weeks of waiting for Sears to repair.

Worst service possible. 6 appointments scheduled and cancelled by Sears when tech did not show up for repairs. Can't get any help talking to the A I assistant. Won't do business with Sears Home Serv again.

Juan is a very nice man. Unfortunately, we still don't have a repaired freezer. It should have been replaced a long time ago. This Frigidaire Upright 20 cf Freezer purchased in March 2021 has given us problems for over four years, first while still under manufacturer's warranty and subsequently under an extended warranty. The many service appointments confirmed multiple times by email and text were rescheduled at the very last minute on the morning of the appointment, after I had moved other appliances out of the way for the technician. On top of our disappointment the freezer is still not operating as intended, the old door which was replaced this time by Juan was left here for us to dispose...an out of pocket expense for us. The freezer was a lemon! I will be sharing my experience with BBB, Texas State Attorney General and every social media platform I can. As I said, Juan was a very polite service technician, but we received very poor support from the warranty company and manufacturer. Shame on Electrolux!

Technician did not show up during the estimated time and did not call before arriving, although I did receive a text message that he was on the way over an hour prior. I was skeptical with all the screws dropping that something would not be installed back as expected. There was a problem with freezer door after he was completed that he gladly came in to correct, but plus for me! Although now that I go to clean the fridge and check out the temperatures there is a random plastic piece in 1 of the drawers that I have no idea where it belongs, I'm sure it's important somewhere. He was nice and respectful.

When my wife came into the room during the service, the main tech did not acknowledge her, but the person in training did, so I'm concerned about that. He was very loud and really did not listen to what I had to say at first.

He installed the door gasket. Barely plugged it in and left. My issues with the lack of cooling in the refrigerator and freezer were not addressed. What I paid for labor was highly overpriced. I have had to purchase a new refrigerator.

Manny did fine. What's with the charges when I have a warranty, and this is the 5th time you've had a repair person come out? One can never talk with a human. I'm hoping a human will call me to explain. I will dispute the unauthorized charges on my credit card.
