He know exactly what to do. I was upset with my other issues that were going on in my life. But when he started to work I calmed down.

Rico did a good job fixing my fridge he repaired what the other tech did not however i had to pay again for the 3rd time on the first problem. I was told no charge this time but still had to pay 78. So i was irritated.

Ryan did fine, although he left indentations in the panel. I was able to get to him before he left. He easily fixed the indentations. I shouldn't have had to ask him to come back into my home to fix it. That aside he did a great job.
