Christopher did a good job with what he had to do with. He explained that the filters for our refrigerator are no good they're made in China and that is the problem we're having their malfunction. So we'd like to know where to get filters that work!

Moises is a very nice person and technician. He fixed the sweating"inside the refrigerator.Problem, I discover that in the refrigerator side liquids are freezing. I will have to call Sears again. Moises is a very good person and he even went to get a rubber at your warehouse and replaced the new one in the refrigerator door. Willing person, excellent manners and behavior. Technician arrived at 8:05, after a 7:30 AM phone call alerting me he was on the way. My only complaint is that I received a message the night before that the "window" was 8AM-5PM. That amounts to having to spend an entire day waiting. I did not, thankfully. Jermaine was knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue promptly and completed the job quickly.

Kyle was shared in details the issue with my dishwasher. Not fault of Kyles, hours later the dishwasher stopped working with the same issue. It just needs to be replaced.
