Good repairman, but Sears handling
Samuel N. was excellent and diagnosed the problem. But because the first repairman got it wrong, I had to wait 6 weeks without a dishwasher because of Sears lack of sufficient staffing. I give Samuel N five stars, but Sears one star.

Sears ordered the parts and sent a technician to repair. Tech was prompt . Scheduling was easy. Only wish that Sears had Saturday hours as well.

The technician was fine. However, how you handle the appointments is unacceptable. Changing them with little notice, calls on the day of the appointment saying your appointment for tomorrow is confirmed.?? The length of time waiting for the appointment is way to long. Very disappointed in your service.

Wish I would have received a call or text from the tech when he was on the way. All I got was a text saying 8-5 window. Just would have liked a heads up. Other than that, super nice tech and explained to me everything.

The technician arrived with an assistant and they were great. Listened to our concerns, preformed a diagnostic, explained the findings and solution. They fixed it quickly and were mindful they were in someone kitchen so they were respectful and efficient.
