Problem still exist!
My problem with the refrigerator still hasn't been addressed. It still leaks can't getting through to someone is extremely difficult absolutely impossible!

This is the 4th time the technician has been to the house and the trouble is still not resolved. Plus your phone system is not customer friendly, it does not allow for you to confirm the appointment. The only options are to cancel or reschedule.

I have a crack and missing piece on my washing machine faceplate that I didn't have prior to Seth's appt. He did diligently try and silicone everything back together. He was thorough and friendly, but had issues during the appt. It took a lot longer than I expected

Martin w. Was on time diagnosed the problem with the washing machine ordered the part and advised me that he would return next week to install the part. He also checked my dishwasher and advised me that there was no power to dishwasher but failed to check if the breakers were on

your tech was great. what sucks about the whole set up is communication. the emails and texts were fine, but what Sears home services needs to understand is people have to work and CAN NOT stay at home all day waiting for the tech to show up. there needs to be a better way to let the homeowner know by a phone call not some email to track where the tech is process. this needs to be fixed.

Jeff dove in with all his experience and the help of others when trying to figure out the problem. While the cause of the problem remains elusive, he did get the washer working again and was very honest and open in his discussion with me. Excellent serviceman and human being!
