Dryer Repair
Both service techs were great! But the appointments were rescheduled several times by First American taking almost 6 weeks to finally repair my dryer!

It has taken over 3 monthes to get repairperson and correct part for my 1 yr old appliance . With 2wrong parts received and or correct part cancelled when tech put in order ,multiple appts cancelled at last minute . I'm still amazed that correct part arrived 2 days before email h notification . Repairperson Called ahead to make sure correct part had arrived and informed me how soon he would arrive . Rodney quickly assessed and installed correct part and returned appliance to proper functioning .

Marcus was great. Sears was awful. They require you to block out the entire day. The first repairman was a no show after waiting all day with no updates and no cancellation. The second repairman updated me on his expected time first thing in the morning then again within an hour of arrival. So, Marcus gets a 5 star rating and Todd the no show gets a zero for wasting my time. Unfortunately Sears itself gets a 2. They have no customer service option. Their Ai phone service never gets you've a human and runs you in circles.
