Conrad is the best of all the technicians sent for any of my repairs. He fixed everything and them some. I am just very very upset that my original apt. was cancelled without my knowledge. Your company needs to keep better track of your parts and shipments because all the parts were here and ready at the time of my original apt. of Aug. 2 but there was a mix up and it wasn't me who canceled my original apt. and I was not notified of any cancellation. Maybe the parts should be sent to your company not to send the customer if you can't keep track of shipments. I had a family get together the day of my apt. on Aug. 10 but I had to take that date for reschedule because it was the earliest one available. Was an inconvenience for me.

i has a very unsettling experience on friday last week- waited all day for service and no tech showed after rescheduling for today it was a totallly different experience! shane came as promised at 9 am and was done with the repair by 9:20 am he was quick efficient and knowledgeable! i really appreciated Shane coming today!!
