Everything went well. The tech, Jim was professional, he called me ahead of time to let me know around what time he would be here. I appreciated that he called ahead of time, cause we can't be waiting all day.

The front door of the microwave was cracked, and the door handle was very loose, can come off at any time. Would have been helpful if he had recommended to replace the whole microwave. The microwave cannot be opened once the handle comes off, it was extremely loose. It gets used dailyh

Overall, good service on my recent oven repair. The technician notified me of delays at other worksites by phone, which I really appreciate. The tracking system regarding arrival time is pretty good. The not so good part about the service, ridiculous high labor cost, I felt like I was ripped off. I would have been better off contacting my electrician to do the job. The tech needs to get organized and clean up at the job site afterwards, don't leave it to the customer.
