We appreciate the prompt response to claim filed when fridge made loud humming noise. Colin checked fridge & advised working properly now. May have had frost/ice around fan area. So far - what a relief!

Hussein did a very good job of repairing our oven. He was pleasant and professional. I did not give 5 stars because for both visits with a 7am to 6 pm window he arrived at 6:30 pm, not completing the work until well after 7 pm.

After 2 months of repair visits by two different people Tim did it. Fridge is working. Ice making is still slow today. Will replace filter and see if that helps
