My refrigerator was making a high pitched squeal for some time. But the time I had my appointment it had stopped. Luther came in and assessed the refrigerator, removed the back panel and saw that the compressor fan had come off. He reattached it. Problem solved.

The service technician fixed the issue and that is the main concern however he was not personable friendly nor professional at all. He did not speak when spoken to he did not reply when I said thank you and I just feel when you're coming into someone's home you could be a little more personable.
