Review of dishwasher repair Sept 4
The repairman came during the 8-5 window of time, at about 1:50. I was told by Sears that he would call me in the morning but I did not receive a call until about 1:10, in which he said he was 20 minutes out. He completed the repair without event, except that while he was working, a tile came off the baseboard area right next to the dishwasher. He did not mention it to me; I discovered it after he left. The dishwasher appears to be working now, although it has not yet done a complete run through yet. I was pleased that Kevin completed the repair. It was supposed to have been done by a different representative on Saturday, August 31, but although I waited from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, that repairman did not come, but rather called me at 5:40 PM to say he wasn't coming— an example of unacceptable service. I called Sears three times during that 11-hour wait and each time they told me the repairman was coming, and the AI assistant told me twice in text messages that the repair man was coming. By contrast, KEVIN did what was promised and now my dishwasher is working! In general, I have found the Sears Home Warranty program to have an inefficient and sometimes very poor communications network, and the phone loop malfunctions frequently, do you have to keep recalling. The poor communication for me resulted in great inconvenience and aggravation. The client needs to be better informed and contacted on the promised schedule. If a job is going to be canceled, it needs to be canceled as soon as it is evident that the schedule cannot be kept– – not in the last 20 minutes of the promised time window. The AI assistant is a little use, since it cannot solve problems or answer outside of its programmed dialogue. In addition, the window of service, being 8 am to 5 pm or 7 am to 6 pm, is excessively long. Most service programs can give you a "morning" or "afternoon" waiting time. A half day should be plenty. One shouldn't have to give up an entire day waiting for service.

Since Marcos was not made aware of a virtual robotic diagnosis, he had to diagnose the problem himself; taking much longer than he expected! Technicians should be updated for clarification, so they they are aware of computer diagnosing situations !

Although he provided a job well done however he seemed to have an attitude according to my mother. He was short with her when she was asking questions. Overall the company should do better when it comes to services customers. I had a technician come to my home 5 times for issues concerning my refrigerator and that shouldn't happen to any customer. Each time it was something different.

Conrad is the best of all the technicians sent for any of my repairs. He fixed everything and them some. I am just very very upset that my original apt. was cancelled without my knowledge. Your company needs to keep better track of your parts and shipments because all the parts were here and ready at the time of my original apt. of Aug. 2 but there was a mix up and it wasn't me who canceled my original apt. and I was not notified of any cancellation. Maybe the parts should be sent to your company not to send the customer if you can't keep track of shipments. I had a family get together the day of my apt. on Aug. 10 but I had to take that date for reschedule because it was the earliest one available. Was an inconvenience for me.
