Luis was on time, courteous, informative, polite, and hardworking. He made sure to stay until the job was complete. He also cleaned up after himself as he worked on my dishwasher. He did an excellent job! Thank you!

Darius repair was done timely and communicated with us in regards to his arrival time. However, I will never use A&E for repairs. Stay home a whole day and no tech came as scheduled. One service tech (Not Darious) came to my home with his pants off his a.. I had to do they job informing them that I received the part that was ordered. The first part arrived damage it was cracked. It took almost a month to repair my refrigerator. Would not recommend A&E to anyone.

The service that was provided met the requirements. He came an installed the ordered items. MICHAEL was not very conversational. After installing the parts he said he was done and left. He did not inform my wife that he had tested the repair. I am not sure whether the repair has fixed everything on the dishwasher, but I will report if it is not corrected. Thanks for the prompt repair.

We called and the tech came out, ordered parts which came in 5 days. He can out 14 days after last appt. Was in the house mere minutes and said he needed different parents. Ordered them. They came in 5 days he didn't come for 14 days. He always gave us a window of 8-12 and would come out at 1130-1145. Which made the appt go past 12. I had other obligations at that time. After a month of ordering parts he informed us that the freezer was not repairable and we would get a called within 2 days with our options. Just frustrating.

Jacob is very pleasant young man, was very organized in taking parts off and replacing them in correct order. He did ask if another box for an electric harness had been ordered. I advised I did not know, that had only received the one box. After he left, I used the new front burner and discovered that it operates only on high, no matter which setting is used. This will need to be fixed. I will keep the old part for verification.
