Tech was very good .The texts and e-mails were a joke ??? Received text saying sorry tech couldn't make it he was still in driveway . Texts saying parts back ordered while parts were here . Canceled appointment they get a call saying on there way

Well Gary was very nice and prompt. BUT the fridge is still not cooling this is the 2nd time and 2nd change of parts and it is still not cooling.

He was nice guy but refrigerator needs he said a compressor so I don't know if he comming back or what if they fix that or choice home warranty give me a new one for I need my medicine to be in it and not working so what happens now do you fix it or I get repaired or new one please explain what next choice Warrenty waiting for response to fix or what so let me know what he said

Called in the morning. Technician was here before lunch. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Labor was quite expensive and 100% markup on part.

The technician was good. The company changes your appointment when ever they feel like it. Even the day of the appointment. NO CONSIDERATION OR RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS TIME. I will NEVER USE SEARS AGAIN. I WAITED 3 & 1/2 months to have my dishwasher repaired......

David did a good job despite the fact we waited around until 4:15 for him to arrive; we had been told he would arrive between 8-12. Overall Sears has not performed to our expectation as they have made 3-4 visits to remedy the same problem, lack of cooling.
