Polite and competent - clearly technically proficient.
I would have given Kevin 5 stars if he hadn't arrived so late. He apologized, so it probably wasn't entirely his fault.

He was very polite. His diagnosis took 5 mins. to declare our freezer was toast.(?) I would rate him higher, but his accent made him difficult to understand.

The service people are nice, but the company stinks!! They deal in AI so you can NEVER talk to a human. My 89 year old mother waited over 3 MONTHS to have her refrigerator fixed!!!! They kept blaming it on the part, but the part arrived 6 weeks before they came out. I would NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN
