I can't evaluate good. The drawer of my refrigerator was not changed, per my request, the drawer was damaged and I asked to change it, but Frigidaire is a bad company that do not authorize a good service. I asked to change the drawer, but the technician cannot do it That was for me a Poor work

I have had the worst experience with the tech that they kept sending for my fridge repair. A lady named Jessica came 4 times and kept changing parts that did not work. Twice she was a no show with No Call. I kept calling and kept getting someone from India, can't understand them and they can't understand me, disgusting, horrible and very frustrating. I If it wasn.t for Bernard I would be going to an attorney. Since Nov 23,2024 until Bernard came and called Frigidaire direct and found out the right part, my many calls being answered in India were totally use-less. The lady that was coming was Jessica, twice she was a no show no call. She used the excuse our part wasn't here. All our parts were here in 2-3 days, she even told me to ask for a senior tech. When I called India the lady from India thought it was a name of the company. HAHA. It was the worst experience in my 83 yrs. When they finally sent Bernard from Casa Grande he called direct to Frigidaire factory talked to some there and they immediately sent the right part and Bernard came a few days later and fixed the fridge. From the beginning of Oct.23rd 2924 until Jan 9th 2025 my fridge was finally fixed.

Easy job for Thomas, he expected the worse but was rewarded with a quick easy job. Schedulers could do a much better job announcing arrival times.

Brian, The technician was great. Communicative, succinct and knowledgeable. No complaints or issues about that part of the service. However, accessibility to speak to someone about a mix up was horrible. There was a discrepancy on my date of service in the text reminder vs. the email reminder. Since I had already been canceled on once, I wanted to talk to a person to make sure all dates/times Of the new appointment were correct. Every number I dialed (4 in total) lead me to the same automated phone tree, with no option to speak to a representative. I finally called the billing department - not even sure how I wound up there - and asked them to please not transfer me or send me to a phone tree and find human to simply confirm my service dates. At that point, I was helped. It took a total of 5 minutes to confirm details - it took two days and at least 90 minutes to find a human voice.
