The service people are nice, but the company stinks!! They deal in AI so you can NEVER talk to a human. My 89 year old mother waited over 3 MONTHS to have her refrigerator fixed!!!! They kept blaming it on the part, but the part arrived 6 weeks before they came out. I would NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN

Dennis was a nice guy he did what was expected He replaced the part on my dishwasher 👍🏼 after waiting for 7 and a half weeks To have a brand new dishwasher, that has never been used repaired😥 The repair service was good it's the waiting time to get the repair service is the trouble 7 and a half weeks is a little to long for a customer to wait for repair service Hire more repair technicians would be a big help is my suggestion!!

very disappointed in the sears organization. It took a week to get an appointment . then they changed the app. ordered a part that I probably didn't;t need. rescheduled service. they then rescheduled 3 more times, finally someone came out and replaced the part a drainage hose, but that didn't;t fix it so we had to put hot water on the drain line until it defrosted, then it was fixed. $450.00 later, flat rate. Jesse was great though.

I would have given him 5 stars except he didn't do morning call like sears advertised. I waited all day till 4:37 when he came. Even if the call would tell me what number I am on his work sheet would have been appreciated.

Marc, our technician, took the time to answer our questions and diagnose the problem with our Fridgidaire range/oven. However, it took three tries to get a technician out here. Not sure if the problem lies with Frigidaire, Sears or both.
