He was good. BUT YOU NEED TO GET CONTROL OF YOUR BOTS. THE CONSTANT TEXT MESSAGES VOICEMAILS AND EMAILS WERE A MAJOR ANNOYANCE. NO FEWER THAN 25 NOTIFICATIONS, mostly all repeats. Even though I responded to texts, the same message would come three or four times per day, interrupting my work. It was such a frustrating annoyance that I probably would never use your company for a repair again.

My issue with dishwasher has been since 2nd week of Jan 2026. Three technicians, multiple visits multiple parts. I was told by loyalty dept yesterday that technician has to notify supervisor that the dishwasher is still not working despite mult parts and mult visits. I was given an escalated appointment for today because of all the issues and I have had. I have contacted BBB and have a sears advocate working on my case.. This technican very polite but told be today that it is verified that the dishwasher is still not working but it is not up to him to notify anyone.

He showed up. He confirmed my diagnosis of a failed Evaporator fan. He told me that he could not guarantee that I would receive the correct part. He also said that He would have to order that part, and he expects in in 7 to 10 days. He also said that the price including the diagnosis charge, would be %650 to $700. My answer was for a $25 part. he was reluctant to give an exact quote on the part because while he requests parts he doesn't do the actual ordering

Tonny the technician did his best. The company waisted 3 days of my time being unresponsive and inaccurate in their service. Their service window is NOT in the best interest of the customer and there is nobody to talk to. Their text messages are inaccurate. Everything relating to the company was substandard. Would not recommend Sears Home to anyone

Robert was respectful and knowledgeable of the icemaker issue. The reason I didn't give this five stars is because of the long window, 8 AM to 5 PM, waiting to get a call that Service is on the way. This is no fault of Robert. I had an appointment a couple of weeks ago and waited at home all day and it was canceled later in the day . This was the second time I had to stay close to home. A shorter window of time would be much appreciated.

Ricky did a great job. It took a while to complete due to unavailability of parts but he was very efficient when it did arrive. Nothing to do with Ricky but feel like you could do with a little less text messages and emails.
