First trip was a letdown as it only evaluated problem, provided a repair estimate and ordered parts. After this, FedEX was a problem saying part delivered, when it was not. Finally FedEx found and delivered parts. Once parts received, Roy came back and quickly installed parts, keeping area tidy and cleaning up after himself. Very pleased with his services, not so much with FedEx.

Joseph was a pleasure to have had do the repair to my unit, he apologized for the hour he showed up, was very respectful, gave me a few tips on how to work around the repair for future reference. All in all a nice experience, recommend getting the coverage on your appliances, saved me at least 500$.
