Ryan was very efficient and diligent in solving our problem(s). My dissatisfaction was with your 800 number that provides no one to communicate with and the time between service calls. Being without a primary refrigerator/freezer for two months during Summer is not a pleasant experience.

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and once determined the fuse was the problem went to the hardware store bought a new fuse and installed it. If he had ordered the part he would have to of come back in probably 2 wks and I would not have a working microwave. Great customer service!
