Chris was very professional both times he came first trip. He quickly diagnosed what the problem was with my dishwasher. Explain that he had to order the part and would be back both times he let me know when he would be arriving left my home neat. Was very nice.

We called A and E for a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly. Joshua was amazing. He was polite, efficient, and fixed the issue quickly. Nobody likes to have to deal with service calls for appliances, but this was such a positive experience. I can't say enough about how wonderful and professional Joshua was.

The issue I have is with your phone system as my question did not fit into one of your canned questions and I could not access a real person after using three different numbers and told to push 3 and that system was down. I would appreciate having a window of 4 hours at the most. Frank came at 4:50 so the window is was 8 to 5. If I use a more local service I get a better time frame. So summary the worker was great, the phone system is very poor and the time frame is unreasonable in this day and age. Shirley Case
