Even though we are still having trouble finding the issue with why my refrigerator is leaking water, Johnny has been nothing but pleasant and approachable. He is an expert in his field and I appreciate all the house calls he has made over the last several weeks. He answers all of my questions, because I know nothing about appliances, and makes sure to educate me on why things could break or become inoperative. Thank you Sears Home Services for sending Johnny out each time. I really hope we solve the issue soon!

He was professional and polite. My only complaint would be that he didn't have protective shoe coverings to keep my carpet from getting dirty. That should be standard practice.
