Isiah was a great guy and technician. He replaced two vital parts to get our dishwasher operational again. Recommendation if your technician needs to come back, the customer should have priority service on return and not be locked into a 8am to 5pm time slot again!

I have had Sears appliance warranty for over a decade, and Angel was by far the best service agent I've ever had doing maintenance on my appliances and all of the years. So incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. And I felt so safe and secure as well. I hope I get them every time!
