Thaw water line.
He went directly to the problem. Hopefully by thawing out the freezer will fix the water line.

I have had this tech in my home a couple of times out of about 5 or 6 times they've had to come out. My fridge has been broke for about 4 months now. I have had about 8 new parts put into it and still more problems. To get in contact with anyone at Sears Home service is impossible. It's automated phone calls and chat. Frustrating to say the very least. The techs are nice once they get out here but the 8 hour window is absolutely absurd. I waited a whole day to only be sent a text at 3:00 to say my appointment is now the following day. Unacceptable! Who is able to sit around all day for 8 hrs? They have put in over $1700 worth of parts. I was told today they will no longer be fixing my fridge and finally look forward to the next step. I have begged for a new fridge for months but because it's under warranty can't happen until it's unfixable. So as for the rating, 5 stars for technician and 1 star for Sears Home Service and their non existent customer service.

Amir did an amazing job fixing my fridge water dispenser and the other major issue causing the back of my fridge to ice up. He was professional and respectful of my home. He took his time and got the job done correctly. I appreciate the effort put in to get my fridge running like new again.

We found Chris was early to the appointment. Readily assessed what to do upon arrival. Replaced the main control board that was delivered to our home Dec.11th. Chris took care of taking care of our oven in a timely, professional manner. Please review the number of times I called and spoke with an agent letting them know the part was delivered to our home. We had appointments the 12,13,15, 16, and 17 for a tech to come. No one was assigned due to mixed messages the part would not arrive in time. Digital reports were also the part was on back order. I was also in contact as often with First American Home Warranty letting them intervene for us to get a repairman out here asap! We reported the oven locked Oct. 17th. Chris repaired it on Dec. 24th. Totally unacceptable time frame for a repair of this nature! Protect the integrity of the Sears respected name. Chris should have been sent first. Again, he is very professional, helpful, and efficient. Reward hin well.
